Your name on the sleeve. Our line behind it.
We manufacture bread for brands that want their own product without their own bakery — grocery labels, distributors, restaurant groups, and meal-kit companies. Tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly whether we can bake it.

Private label and white label are not the same thing.
Private label
Your brand, your formulation — or ours adapted to your spec. You own the recipe and the packaging design. Most grocery and restaurant-group programs are this.
Typically: Grocers, restaurant groups, meal-kit brands
White label
Our existing formulations under your brand, unchanged. Faster and cheaper because there is no development cycle — you are buying proven product with your name on the sleeve.
Typically: Distributors, convenience, foodservice resellers
Brief to first pallet.
Weeks 1–2
Brief and sample
You describe the product and send benchmarks. We bake against them and ship samples inside two weeks.
Weeks 2–4
Formulation
Our R&D adjusts until it matches. Shelf-life testing runs in parallel, because a product that tastes right on day one and fails on day four is not a product.
Weeks 3–5
Packaging and label
Film, sleeve, or case. We handle nutrition panel generation, allergen declarations, and UPC assignment — or take your artwork as-is.
Weeks 4–6
First production
Talk to us about volumes — what is workable depends on the product. Every run carries a lot code.
Tell us what you want to sell.
The first conversation is about whether we are the right manufacturer for it. If we are not, we will usually know someone who is.
